Students may cancel their registration no later than the end of the first week of classes. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $50 CAD will apply. No refunds will be issued after the first week of classes. Course Cancellation Ontario International School (OIS) reserves the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment. In such cases, students will be notified immediately and will receive a full refund without deductions. Liability Ontario International School assumes no responsibility or liability for sports or extracurricular activities occurring before or after the academic portion of the program. By submitting this registration form, the student and their parent(s)/guardian(s) acknowledge, understand, and accept these terms. Freedom of Information By signing and submitting this registration form, the student and parent/guardian authorize Ontario International School to share academic information related to the student’s progress and achievement with the student’s home school and the Ontario Ministry of Education when required. Although punctuality is not formally evaluated, students with poor attendance may experience difficulty successfully completing their courses.
